Orders already shipped must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after shipment.

Our estimated total delivery time is 1–3 business days:

Order processing: 0–1 business day
USPS transit: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates, shipping charges, cutoff times, destinations, address requirements, and possible delays are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Federal holidays, severe weather, USPS disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If a material delay occurs, we will provide available options under our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is lost, damaged, delivered incorrectly, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number and USPS tracking information.

We will review the available information and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution under our published policies and applicable law.

8. Thirty-Day Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We normally process an approved refund within five business days after completing the return inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

10. Five-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible products are covered by a five-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the original purchase date.

Coverage may exclude:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental or cosmetic damage
Misuse, neglect, or improper storage
Incorrect installation or maintenance
Unauthorized modification or repair
Commercial use of a consumer product

This warranty does not restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
